Thanks Carl - even the internet didn't seem sure, can you imagine? I always thought it was Anthony Burgess, but I probably just heard him quoting it.


Congrats Martin, I really look forward to reading it. And the fact that you aren't just bloating it like a recent Stephen King novel will make me love you that much more.
